I fell in love with yoga in my late 20s after a cross-country move from NYC to the San Francisco Bay Area. I was traveling a ton for work, feeling scattered and depleted.
Yoga reconnected me to my body, my own sense of purpose in the world, and gave me space to consider what changes I could make to create an enriched, more meaningful life that I was proud of.
Here’s what I do:
Studio Yoga Class Schedule
I teach weekly in-studio classes at Baptiste Power Yoga San Francisco (heated power yoga) and Thoroughbred Studio Mill Valley (heated flow & sculpt, like a mat-pilates class combined with a strengthening yoga flow).
Program & Workshops
This fall, join in for Ripple Effect. Meditate, reflect, share, & spark creativity to enrich your expression of gratitude out into the world. This is my first time hosting this workshop IRL (not over Zoom!) and I’m SO EXCITED ABOUT IT. Weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 10:45am in Mill Valley, begins 11/6.
January (2025), Spark Innovation. Ideal for an entrepreneur, business owner, somebody looking to launch a new idea or make a pivot. Expect mindfulness, accountability, thoughtful prioritization, and connection. Our group from last season was INCREDIBLE and we all grew & learned from one another. Weekly meetings on Thursdays at 9am in Mill Valley, begins 1/9/25.
